David Majkrzak
Candidate for President, Vice President & Student Governor
"Positive Attitude. Strong Communication. Genuine Commitment to the Student Body."
Key Priorities & Strategy
A professional approach to student representation requires concrete, actionable targets. If elected, I will focus on executing these core service enhancements across our campus infrastructure and welfare networks.
Cleaner Facilities
Communal areas and toilets require stricter maintenance schedules (especially with vandalism and graffiti). I will lobby for regular cleanliness checks and faster response windows for reported facility issues across all of the campus.
Better Food Options
Catering services must reflect student budgets. My objective is to push for high-quality, healthy hot & cold meal choices, and more competitive pricing compared to facilities outside the College.
Better Support
Every student should have seamless, low-friction access to academic guidance, career counseling, and personal welfare resources. I will work to streamline student services so no one slips through the cracks during periods of intense academic pressure.
Social Spaces
College is more than just classrooms. I am committed to securing dedicated communal spaces and enhancing social facilities where students can disconnect, collaborate, and build strong peer networks inbetween sessions.
Campus Safety
Ensuring a secure learning environment for everyone is a top priority. I will work directly with our campus safeguarding teams and establish active lines of communicatio to ensure robust safety protocols, and visible support infrastructure.
Engaging Learning
Classrooms and practical spaces must remain fully up to date. I will represent your interests by ensuring learning technology remains modern, robust, and accessible to every student group.
Strategic Intent
I am motivated, reliable, and equipped with the communication infrastructure necessary to act as an effective, accountable bridge between the student body and college governors. Every voice will be directly represented.
